Graduating with Honours, Peter holds two Masters Degrees, the most recent in the area of Wills and Estates.

Peter’s career has largely been in the area of litigation and more recently in the area of Estate litigation.

Peter now practices exclusively in the area of Wills and Estates, including all facets of succession law from Estate planning to litigation.

Peter’s particular areas of interest is in relation to Estate litigation including:

• Executor disputes

• Testamentary capacity issues and claims by disappointed beneficiaries under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act

Peter is happy to take instructions in relation to all aspects of Wills and Estates including disputes brought in all Australian jurisdictions.
